Mobile Library
From Japan, the DawKhin Kyi Foundation has received a car that has been converted into a mobile library. In a basic building hundreds of books are stored,under it there it’shave books from Switzerland, specially many children books.
Here, the vehicle is loaded daily with new books, but also newspapers and visited then schools and villages.
Last year over 130,000 books were lent to about 12,000 registered readers. These were composed of 72% students, 5% teachers and 23% other readers.
In building the home base is also a training room is with our computers, where on weekendscomputer science is taught.
